Synopsis Raising Hope: Season 3, Episode 17
When Hope (Baylie and Rylie Cregut) is recruited as an actress on ?Yo Zappa Do?, Jimmy signs on as an extra to help her through her scenes. But the show?s star Trevor (guest star Camden Garcia) is making his life miserable on set. Meanwhile Burt tries to pitch a new landscaping design to the studio chief (guest star Brian Doyle-Murray) and Maw Maw settles an old debt with her late ex-husband. Then, when Burt (Garret Dillahunt) and Virginia (Martha Plimpton) discover that their storage locker is up for auction, they also realize they have misplaced a personal and incriminating home video that has fallen into the hands of another couple (guest stars Mike O?Malley and Liza Snyder). Meanwhile, Sabrina tries to get to the bottom of Jimmy?s epic sleepwalking habit.

Raising Hope Sex, Clown and Videotape
Bert believes in not harming flies because of what he was named back in school allowing the fly to be free in the wild. Jimmy has started up sleep walking once again while living in Sabrina's house. A bunker filled with Maw Maw's old things is now being sold and it is up to the chances to buy it all back in an auction even though it is quite expensive. The pair somehow come across another bunker which contains a clown once used to scare Jimmy that also contains their sex tape they must buy back. Jimmy trying to deal with his sleeping problem still fails and wakes up in a strange place. Virginia wants to sell the van but Bert still does not want to. Bert and Virginia try to buy the clown and they come to trouble when Frank has heard of the tape trying to buy it himself. They end up coming to an agreement but the tape is no where to be found. The family then try to sell everything they have bought but Bert after looking at some pictures is unable to sell anything. When Bert and Virginia try to return the items they find out the couple have the tape and use it to help build relationships even with their own kids which seems a bit creepy. They then let this strange family keep the tape to help then with their relationship. After watching the tape again Virginia and Bert are able to forgive each other. Everyone is able to get their stuff back including Jimmy able to sleep at his new home. This was better then the first of today's episodes but still it was not as funny as past episodes.
